I decided to become an infant massage instructor after discovering the wonderful benefits that baby massage brought me and my daughter. 

Through baby massage we have enhanced our bond and gained a mutual understanding of respect and trust for one another. 

Even though she's now 5years old, she still smiles and gets excited when I ask if she wants massage and has even started asking me for one!  For those that have attended one of my courses, I just have to say three little words and it instantly relaxes her, the massage soothes her and we both see it as our quality time together.

In the early days, she used to gurgle with delight when I stroked her feet and happily chatted away to me in her own little language whilst having a full body massage. She very much enjoyed the unrestricted nappy free time but looking back the best part for us was she always managed to sleep soundly after. Rest and relaxation for mummy as well as baby. Just perfect!  

I instantly knew that I wanted to teach the IAIM Massage Programme to other parents and primary care givers so they too could experience the positive outcomes of baby massage. 

Baby massage isn't just another one of those classes you attend as a new parent, its a parenting skill that nobody should be without.
